A Convenção de Singapura sobre a mediação na perspectiva da União Europeia

Com a aprovação e posterior entrada em vigor da Convenção das Nações Unidas sobre Acordos de Resolução Internacional Resultantes da Mediação (Convenção de Singapura), novas possibilidades se abrem para a promoção da mediação em situações transfronteiriças, por ter um quadro convencional multilateral de o objetivo principal é facilitar a circulação internacional dos acordos derivados de um procedimento de mediação. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a Convenção de Cingapura na perspectiva da União Europeia, destacando as consequências que adviriam da eventual participação desse organismo regional de integração econômica.
